encompasses the following services:Discuss scope of work and
negotiate staff hours with geotechnical
consultants. Review geotechnical and foundation design work
performed by design consultants. Conduct geotechnical investigations on structure
foundations, stability of embankment slopes, retaining walls, sinkholes, and
ponds etc. Provide technical assistance to construction and
maintenance projects on geotechnical and foundation
issues.Concrete construction project
reviews. - Communicate and coordinate with central office on
specification/procedure changes, geotechnical research, and other statewide
geotechnical issues.
