Every 1st Monday of the new month a tool runs that will disable accounts that haven't been accessed in over 6 months.

If the old password or incorrect credentials were saved, it could be stored in the Windows Credentials Manager on your machine. It may need to be deleted before the new one can be saved…
- Click the Windows Start button
- Type "windows credentials" in the search field and open the program from the results
- With the Windows Credentials icon highlighted, scroll down the list until you see the URL for the site you're having problems accessing (***.pbid.com)
- Click the down-arrow and click "Remove from Vault"
- Click Yes to confirm
- Highlight the "web credentials" icon and do the same

Single Sign On with your Microsoft Office 365 account?

Some of the SharePoint 2016 projects now allow for Microsoft Office 365 Single Sign On. If your site allows for this feature, when logging in you will be presented with a page to select the [MS O365] button. You will then need to enter your corporate credentials.

If you need to reset your password, you will need to do that through your organization's process.

Currently, this option is only available with a WSP.com email address.
Otherwise, select the [PBSVC login] button and enter the username as described above.

Please be cautious, as this SSO MSO365 login does have a time out at around 60 minutes. Be sure to save often while editing. If things stop working, it's easiest to open another browser window, login again, then come back to your working window and refresh to continue working.
