If you are working in ProjectSolve2 and you get the following error message when trying to access a file within the system:

Check the file name you are accessing for special characters. Characters in the file name or file path that can cause this error included: "+", "%", "&", ":", "*", "#", and "..".

To resolve the issue, someone with edit rights to the file will need to right-click on the file's icon, select RENAME, and removed the special characters.

This issue began after implementing extra security requirements for FISMA Compliance. (Federal Information Security Management Act)
