You can reset your password after a successful login by going to the "my eRooms" page and using the [my member info] button at the top. Press the [Change Password] button to enter your new password. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters. We recommend using at least one capital, number, and special character in your passwords.
Accounts without activity for 4 months or longer will be deactivated the first Monday of each month. Contact Support to be reactivated.
